Rely+On™ Virkon™ is the cleaning solution of choice within a wide variety of medical, care and public facilities . It was specifically designed for the human health market and has been tested and proven to be effective against human disease-causing pathogens. This disinfectant can be supplied as a powder or in tablet form and is an ideal solution for all hard surfaces, floors, handles, work surfaces along with pipette waste jars and centrifuges.
Unlike other disinfectants this has an oxygen-based chemistry consisting of organic salts and acids which can decompose back into soil and water as natural substances. As a result, Virkon has less restrictions and is not classed as a harmful substance for the user, making this powerful disinfectant a better choice for both the environment and the user.

Preparation of solution for hard surfaces & equipment disinfection
1:100 - 10 grams (2 Tablets) of Rely+On™ Virkon™ to every litre of water
Application for hard surfaces
Apply disinfectant solution using either a trigger spray bottle, a suitable knapsack type sprayer, cloth, sponge or floor mop. Allow to dry, before any re-use of treated areas. For disinfection of hard surfaces, apply the solution at a rate of 200ml/m2
Application for suitable equipment disinfection
Suitable equipment can either be submerged and washed in disinfectant solution or sprayed and then wiped clean with a cloth or sponge. Rinse disinfected equipment with clean water after 10 minutes when materials compatibility is of concern.
* Not for use for the disinfection of medical devices. ** Users should always check for compatibility with any sensitive materials before use. Do not use on any soft metals such as brass or copper.
