In January 2017 as corporate members SciQuip kindly donated a microscope to Shropshire Wildlife Trust. The microscope will mainly be used for on-site wildlife projects and will enable them to more reliably identify difficult species such as mosses and lichens, enabling them to more accurately monitor those jewels in the crown of our county’s landscape.
SciQuip are a leading supplier of scientific & laboratory equipment to research, clinical, academic and manufacturing professionals in the UK and are based in the north Shropshire countryside. Since becoming corporate members, SciQuip have been extremely supportive of Shropshire Wildlife Trust including helping to set up the Meres & Mosses Business Environment Network.
