The Aranet4 Home sensor is a battery-operated, freestanding and portable device that gives a visual display of the air quality in your home. Using an NDIR sensor, the unit monitors the CO2 levels of each room and notifies you, via smartphone, when you need open a window to allow fresh air in.

With sample rates that can be programmed to 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes, the Aranet4 mobile app connects via Bluetooth and exports the data as a CSV file so you can keep internal records if needed, whilst ensuring you are living in a healthy environment.

The Aranet4 Pro is perfect for professionals, including businesses, schools, offices and other larger facilities. With a networked solution of up to 100 Aranet4 devices in a single long-range wireless network, it incorporates centralized data monitoring for a complete data overview.

Including direct access to professional technical support, each Aranet4 Pro Sensor is portable, simple to install and easy to link to the Aranet Pro base station.

RELATIVE HUMIDITYThe ideal relative humidity level is between 30 % to 50 % indoors. A dry environment (< 30 %) can cause dry and irritated skin, while high humidity (> 50 %) combined with high temperature breeds bacteria and mold.


The Aranet4 Sensors are especially useful for preventing the spread of COVID-19. As CO2 levels are a good proxy for infection risk, monitoring your CO2 levels will notify you when ventilation is insufficient as well as aerosols and virus particles potentially lingering in the air, resulting in an elevated risk of COVID-19 infection.

The visual indicators on your monitor, as well as a buzzer, will notify you when action needs to be taken, such as opening windows, turning up ventilation or leaving a room for a period of time.

‘The Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Associations (REHVA) recommends using CO² measuring devices indoors to assess risks of SARS-CoV-2 transmission via aerosols.’
