Hulme Martin HM 305 CTD

The Hulme Martin HM 305 CTD is a constant Heat / Crimp sealer.
As standard the unit comes with a 12mm wide crimp seal and is suitable for use with cellophane, polypropylene, heavy duty barrier foils, coated papers and other laminates.
Both jaws are heated (Upper & Lower) which enables use with heavier materials or gusseted bags.

A digital thermal fuse electronically controls the temperature, with excess temperature protection. Allowing for consistent temperature control up to 180°C (Lockable feature to prevent user intervention).

The HM 305 CTD is used commonly for tea & coffee producers, who use the gusseted foil & paper bags for a professional seal.
The unit can also produce seals on expensive flow wrappers for phototype packing, with a very high quality finish seal (Low volume products such as specialty foods and snack bars are also suitable)
