an air cooled oil diffusion pump
a two stage rotary pump RZ 2.5 (HP 40B2) resp. RZ 6 (HP 63B2) as backing and roughing pump
all internal pipes and valves, including high vacuum and ventilation valve as well as by-pass line and valve.
