Customer Service Administrator

 

Salary: £18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year

 

We have a vacancy for a role within our Customer Service team to for an administrator to support our growing business. The new team member will have high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be engaging and able to work both as a key member of the team as well on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will possess some of the following skills, full training will be provided:

· Excellent computer literacy & skills

· Experience in an admin/customer support role

· Hardworking, committed and reliable

· Knowledge of SAGE 200 desirable but not essential

· Experience using CRM desirable but not essential

· Team player with good communication skills

· Accurate with a keen eye for detail

· Good organisational & communication skills

We have a vacancy for a role within our Sales & Marketing team to support the business with all aspects of marketing activity.

The role is suitable for both experienced and in-experienced individuals alike. The successful candidate will be engaging and able to work both as a key member of the team as well on their own initiative.  They may possess some of the following although not essential as full training will be provided:

  • Website proficient with ability to create content
  • Sales/Marketing experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing
