Customer Service Administrator

Salary range £22,000 - £23,000

We have a vacancy for a role within our Customer Service team to for an administrator to support our growing business.
The new team member will have high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and teamwork.

The successful candidate will be engaging and able to work both as a key member of the team as well on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will possess some of the following skills, full training will be provided:

  • Excellent computer literacy & skills
  • Experience in an admin/customer support role
  • Hardworking, committed and reliable
  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 or SAP desirable but not essential
  • Experience using CRM desirable but not essential
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail
  • Good organisational & communication skills
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
