Bellco MicroCarrier Spinner Flasks

Bellco's MicroCarriers Spinner Flask is designed for optimized growth of suspension & microcarriers cell cultures. The design incorporates fluid a dynamic impeller assembly to assure optimal lift for suspension of microcarriers beads at very low mixing speeds without damage to the beads or cells. Maintaining microcarriers suspension at the extremely desirable low speeds recommended by the microcarriers manufacturers, the Bellco Microcarriers Spinner Flask provides ultra-efficient growth of anchorage-dependent cells. Manufactured from Type 1 Class A Borosilicate Glass & approved FDA materials, this flask is ideal for insect cell cultures at reduced volume so paddle breaks liquid-air interface for increased oxygen requirements. A positive locking compression seal fitting provides adjustable impeller assembly height. Fluid does not contact bearing surface to prevent grinding of microcarriers or cells. Clearly defined graduations are on each flask. A dimple or indent in bottom is standard on sizes 100ml to 1 litre. 3 litre up to 36 litre has no dimple or indent bottom.
